A Greener Shade of Life

So, I’ve decided to start a group eco blog. A green blog, if you will. In which we talk about “green” stuff. We being me, Chrissy and Katie. (I’m looking for a couple of more people to join us, so if you’re interested drop me a comment. I’ll e-mail you and we can talk logistics about it.)

There’s only the one post there so far, but it’ll grow soon enough.

Anyway, here it is: A Greener Shade of Life.

funcaday.com

This will most likely only interest those PHP developers/dabblers out there. However

Random side project #564, funcaday.com, has officially been launched. Paul and I have been working on it a fair bit, and have come to a state where it is ready to go public. (There are still a number of bugs that we need to work out, and we do have a couple of ideas as to what else we want to do to develop it more, but we’re going to be continually working on this to improve it.) The goal of this project was to have a different PHP function explored each weekday, as well as different concepts explored each weekend. And like any good project on the web, it can be delivered straight to your RSS feed (because if everyone was as lazy as I am, no one would ever visit websites except via RSS feeds).

MoonSoar.com Update

It’s been long overdue, but my portfolio, MoonSoar Designs has gotten a much-needed facelift. And we might be willing to say that this facelift was spurned on by the fact that Paul got me a mention on phpdeveloper.com… Slightly daunting, and yet exciting at the same time.

Anyway, I’m quite pleased with it; it’s very different than what I’ve done previously, and I’ve been able to put a couple of new (for me) techniques to work on it. I’ve also added new pieces which I should’ve added ages ago. Bah. Hopefully I can keep this more up to date than I had previously.

Take a look at it if you have the chance; I’d love to hear any feedback you have.

Working on a couple of projects at the moment to, which will get plugs when they get to the appropriate stages of completeness.

On a totally unrelated note, Nymeth is hosting a Blogger Secret Santa. I’m just about to join. You should too.
