We’re only going to be around for 3 meals this week – Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. We’re going to be in Mississauga and Toronto for the rest of the week for two different weddings – one on Wednesday, and another one on Saturday. So, I’ve taken for some vacation this week and all of next week. Quite exciting!
With that in mind, our meal plan is VERY small this week:
- Homemade hamburgers, with beans and a salad. I’ve decided that John is making this, though haven’t told him yet.
- Pork chops and some kind of vegetable side. On one hand, I’m kind of craving asparagus… but on the other hand, squash would be so absolutely delicious.
- Cobb salad. One of our favourites, though I’m hoping to add more veggies than normally called for.
