I have you beat - not for lack of trying though. I have yet to read Beetle the Bard, but now that I've read your review, I think I will read it as soon as humanly possible. I'm with you on missing the anticipation of a new HP book. The movies don't come close. I am not sure that another series would do the trick for me. But I can't say that it's not possible. Mwahaha.
